Tapestry Gift

I made my return to crochet this year to make this tapestry as a gift to my friends' parents as a thank you for hosting us. I crocheted the main part, and my friend Mary crocheted the lace border. We were so anxious to give them the tapestry this is the only picture we got. Reminded me I love colorwork and crocheting and also inspired me to do more lettering.
